The event is organized within the gloabal initiative of UNESCO for the International Day of Light. It is a live stream event that aims at introducing the basic concepts related to light and lighting to toddlers and young children, through storytelling. Dr Penny Hatziefstratiou Michelinaki will narrate her children’s book “Lucian’s first dream. A journey to light”. The book is illustrated by Myrto Delivoria and published in October 2020.
The Greek version of the book has been included in the shortlists of the Greek IBBY 2021. Myrto Delivoria is a candidate for the award to an illustrator, for her drawings in this book!
